Hi Guys
I am having some issue with partial delivery
Re complete delivery defined for sales order. We must be able to ship multiple deliveries against a single sales order.
We need to ensure that deliveries are delivered in their entirety.
E.g., A sales order might be for 100 tonne.
Two deliveries of 50 tonne each will complete the order (so we must allow multiple deliveries at the sales order level).
However, at present if there are only 40 tonne in stock, the system will deliver 40 tonne against the first docket (delivery) and reject the second (no stock).
When stock is replenished the second docket/delivery will be processed but the first has already been processed without error (albeit only partially).
This is the issue we have. We want the system to reject the first docket as well because of insufficient stock to deliver in full the 50 tonne.

I follow Catherine instructions and only option 4 was not configure in my system..so do you think that could be the issue for deliveries
1. Please have a look at your availability check settings in the IMG path
Logistics Execution -> Shipping -> Basic Shipping Functions ->
Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements -> Availability Check.
2. Also check customizing using transaction 0VLP -> Check quantity 0 ->
B Dismiss situation with error message in create/change mode
3. Check transaction OVM1. There are 2 entries for VL 150, out of which the
second one, having workphase A, is taken into account during collective
processing. Provided you wish to disable empty deliveries, kindly
set this particular line to 'E', as 'I' is bypassed during
collective processing.
VL 150 E Only & & of material & & available
A VL 150 I Only & & of material & & available >>> change to E!
4. Check ATP customizing.
Transaction OVZ9 ->
Availability check 02
Checking rule BE
Please flag "check without RLT" and then retest.
