Dear Masa,
Here is my observation
- The image url path is like "/sap/public/bc/themes/~client-331/~cache-1407670006519/UI5/sap/fiori/themes/sagia_blue/img/misc/sapUiGlobalLogo.png"
- the above url response is 404 not found error
- If I download the custom theme from /ui5/theme_tools and browser the theme folder to the above path i able to see the correct image
