In the original picture the Status is In Process and Not Active and I get the error Planning Version not specified. I don't see where to select or set any Planning Version.
Please note that I am using IDES and selected a Planning Book / Data View that I did not create (I don't know how) so it is possible the problem is deeper even though the KF existed in the Planning Book. Do I need a Master Forecast Profile?
I'm not familiar with the Forecast Settings and what and how to set it up. The New Key Figure Assignment isn't intuitive to me.

Creating a Promotion. When I go through the steps I end up with the original error message, but I do see at the bottom of those directions that it asks for a Planning Version, but where?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
